Passionate driven and hardworking are perfect words to describe our founder, Nattakant Khantirach or Pear as her nickname.

Pear found Potential Coffee Lab in early 2023. However, the story has begin since 2015 when she helped her sisters run a small coffee shop in her hometown, Korat Thailand. Over those years, she has been studied deeply about coffee, shaping her into one of the coffee expert in Thailand.

Now, Pear serves as a CEO of Potential Coffee Lab Company and Managing Director of Within Groups , running two coffee shops in Thailand.
